As principal broker, James' passion for real estate and design-build stems from an early introduction growing up in a household of self-made entrepreneurs in the industry. His mother, a long-time broker-owner, and his father who practiced engineering, design and general contracting, were both early inspirations into the industry. James would go along to earn a degree in architectural design and building technologies but eventually shift his focus towards business. Graduating from Northeastern University's D'Amore McKim School of Business in 2013, James briefly put a pause on his real estate career to be a founder of a software startup in Cambridge, MA, that was later acquired in 2018.
James has taken a long-term stake in East Cambridge, opening his very first brick-and-mortar location on Cambridge Street. He is eager to become an integral part of the growing community.
